Granicus is a Software-as-a-Service company providing digital citizen engagement tools to local, state, and federal government. At Granicus, our mission is to help bring government and citizens closer together. We're looking for a Technical Services Consultant to join our govRecords team. Our govRecords team builds, deploys, and supports Lands and Vitals records management software for city and county governments across the United States.

The Technical Services Consultant is mainly responsible for assisting with the implementation efforts and ongoing support of govRecords software. In relation to day-to-day activities, they assist with customer support ticket troubleshooting and resolution as part of the Granicus govRecords support team. 

What You'll Do:

· Build strong client relationships and manage client expectations

· Assess the needs of each client, then recommend and document solutions

· Interact with the Project Management team on all aspects of software support and implementation

· Interact with both internal technical team members and external customers (end-users)

· Assist with implementing software solutions for clients

· Provide tier 2/3 customer support

· Create and maintain written technical and best practices documentation

· Provide ongoing training akin to customer success

· Work closely with the govRecords support and implementation teams, as well a Manager of Implementation Support an Director of govRecords

· Perform onsite training and demonstrations, if necessary (travel may be required, less than 25%)

Who You Are:

· You have 1-5 years of experience with application or software support, including IT network administration services

· You have experience working in a Windows environment

· You have supported various IT infrastructure, including MS SQL databases

· You have worked for a software development company, or supporting complex software

· You are highly motivated professional who can interact with team members and customers

· You have strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize and manage several critical tasks at one time

· You are customer oriented and have a solid level of comfort of being in a customer facing role, in person, online, or over the phone

· You have strong communication skills, and can communicate technical information to nontechnical audiences

· You are a team player and willing to perform tasks spanning across multiple functional teams

· You are a curious problem solver

· Experience with teaching/training and project management is a plus

· Experience working in the public sector is a plus

1999 Broadway is located in-between Denver’s Downtown and Uptown neighborhoods. Granicus occupies the 36 and 37 floors of the building.
