Description

This position will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Engineering leads & UX Designers to run Agile Ceremonies, Quarterly Roadmap Planning and convergence dates.

Responsibilities:

• Participate/Facilitate Scrum of Scrums to keep up steady best practices
• Monitor and update project plans as needed, including deliverables, dependencies, assignments and outcomes to ensure initiatives stay on time and on target
• Collaborate with Project and Product leadership for any resource needs during the planning phase and establish critical escalation path when necessary
• Review any scope creep, modifications in the project plans with leadership to approve beneficial changes 
• Prepare weekly project reports to provide updates on activities and deliverables, project risks, critical paths, as well as significant changes

Qualifications:

• 5+ years professional experience in a creative technology, software development centric organization or related area
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe etc.
• Project Management certification. E.g. PMP, CSM, CPSO, CSD, SAFe certification 
• Experience working with project and product management software such as JIRA, Aha eta a plus
• Have strong technical, business proficiency and ability to work with diverse personality types
• Strong Organizational, verbal, written and presentation skills
• Experience applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory
• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams
• A high degree of flexibility & comfort with ambiguity
