Position Summary  

The Senior Technical Program Manager will be responsible for coordinating programs from ideation to launch and will be expected to work cross functionally with teams across multiple products. This role will work closely with our Engineering teams and play a critical role in determining timelines and resources for multiple development projects at a time. Additionally, this role will lead project meetings to ensure all necessary stakeholders are involved and to document changes and track launch schedules.  

Responsibilities  

  • Create and maintain a program development schedules and timelines for several internal teams in partnership with engineering managers and technical leads. 
  • Work with key stakeholders in Engineering, Product Management, InfoSec, IT, Legal, and Clinical teams to define and document strategy and product requirements. 
  • Remove obstacles and promote forward momentum across multiple programs by balancing competing priorities, defining milestones, tracking progress, understanding dependencies, and working with partners. 
  • Communicate key developments, updates, and project risks to teams (both technical and non-technical) in other disciplines. 
  • Develop and improve internal processes for efficiency and scale in the product tech organization. 

Qualifications  

  • 5+ years of relevant engineering or technical program management experience across web and mobile applications. 
  • BS in engineering discipline or relevant industry experience. 
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules. 
  • Able to demonstrate understanding of software development life cycle and best practices. 
  • Background in communicating and translating non-technical to technical (and vice versa) requirements and discussions, organizational coordination, and running simultaneous projects. 
  • *Bonus: Previous experience in a health-tech company  


The pay range for this position in Colorado is $140,000 - $165,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, candidate location, and experience.
