An Insider's view of ThrivePass

What are some social events your company does?

Every quarter we have an all-hands meeting to review goals, talk about successes and also take ownership of where we fell short and what we learned. These meetings provide amazing transparency. We also recognize team members for their accomplishments and for living our values every day at work. After each meeting we do a fun team event!

How does the company support your career growth?

ThrivePass has given me the ability to grow my career - the company allows you to tackle projects that align with your team goals and your interests. This has allowed me to expand my skill set beyond what I imagined when I initially joined.

Master of Salesforce

How do your team's ideas influence the company's direction?

Our philosophy as a company is that the best ideas can come from anywhere in the organization, whether from an intern or the CEO. For example, we built our Benefit Enrollment Platform based on an idea that came from our team members who work directly with our clients. It has since improved the experience for both clients and ThrivePass employees.
