Studio by Engrain is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager who’s ready to hit the ground running, ensuring a smooth workflow between our account managers and development team. This position will play a key role in the management of Studio’s development team, managing internal technical projects and select client projects on behalf of the Account Manager.

You can expect to:

Personnel Management - Development Team:

  • Lead website development team
  • Improve processes and technical capability
  • Assign tasks and monitor volume of work for developers
  • Play a key role in recruiting, hiring and developing web team

Internal Project Management:

  • Translate technical requirements into project plans and work schedules
  • Ensure projects are executed to the highest standard and resources are efficiently utilized
  • Manage website development timelines
  • Manage independently contracted website developers
  • Maintain and disseminate documentation of all technical policies and processes
  • Execute special internal projects

Support:

  • Delegate and manage all development support requests
  • Communicate issues and solutions to both internal and external stakeholders

We would like:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred  
  • 2 - 4 years of project management experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Effectively manage high volume of work with ever-changing priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
