An Insider's view of Luxury Presence

What's something quirky about your company?

Everyone is so happy here...all of the time. This is the cheeriest group of professionals I've ever met. It's almost like if High School Musical was set on the premises of a real estate SaaS company.

Lauren Kay

Manager, Account Management Team

What makes someone successful on your team?

To be successful in a sales role at Luxury Presence, you need to have drive to be successful and strive for excellence, not mediocracy. In order for that to happen, you need to be coachable, adaptable to change, solution-oriented, and bring a strong work-ethic. If a team member can bring those traits to the table consistently, success will follow.

Joe Medina

Director of Sales

How do you empower your team to be more creative?

‘Creativity’ is at the heart of any innovative company and a core part of the design function. I don’t believe there is a specific formula for a creative process: each person needs to develop their own. I think there are a few factors that help foster a creative culture: clarity (the "why"), flexibility (trust and space), and curiosity.
