Strive Health is looking for project associate to join our growing team of technical project managers. Our team is responsible for all internal and external facing technology projects including customer implementations and operations, vendor integrations, and internal product development projects.
We are looking for someone to support the technical project managers, and own on-going customer projects while also being a part of the larger team and taking on adhoc projects as necessary. (include something about based on priority and scope).
Essential Functions
- Serve as the technology project associate for Strive Health for any technical implementation projects
- Support and be seen as an agile operations team coach
- Align, tack, and ensure proper execution of project and operational work to support the technical project managers
- Own live market internal relationships and support all initiatives, projects, and/or maintenance as it relates to technology
- Assist the technical project managers to plan, schedule, estimate, forecast, coordinate, re-plan as appropriate, and manage delivery of all project deliverables through the entire life cycle
- Manage internal/external customer and vendor relationships, including management of scope, expectations, status, and issue follow-up
- Monitor and report on the status of project efforts to business leaders (senior management) and internal/external teams, including risk/problem prevention and mitigation
- Facilitate and ensure effective communication between all stakeholders including internal/external customers, partners and project team members
- Support and assist with developing agendas, note taking, follow up communications, project documentation, and agile ceremonies
- Assist project management team develop and improve standard processes, documentation, and workflows
- Collaborate and coordinate with Strive's strategy, legal, clinical, operations, and technology teams
- Build relationships with key external stakeholders and technology vendors to establish the Strive Health team as trusted strategic partners
- Support both structured and adhoc project management, reporting, and relationship management activities to inform key internal/external stakeholders and resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Facilitate contracting discussions between Strive's internal and external/partner/vendor legal teams while also communicating contractual obligations to all stakeholders; including but not limited to legal, operations, clinical, technology, and compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with strong academic achievement
- 1-3 years of experience in project management
- Strong attention to detail, highly analytical, organized, and able to keep multiple balls in the air at once
- Self-starter with the ability to drive projects forward independently and with limited direction

- Familiarity with cloud-based environments, secure file transfers, data schemas, etc., Preferred
- Project management certification and/or training (Agile, SCRUM, PMI, SixSigma, etc.), Preferred
Annual Salary $72,000-$80,000
Strive Health offers competitive compensation and benefits. An annual performance bonus, determined by company and individual performance, is available for many roles and aligned to Strive Health guidelines.
