Technical Product Manager
Gloo provides a personal growth platform that enables service providers, our “Champions,” to exchange better insights, resources, and technology to serve their people. Our company name reflects the trusted bond between people that serves as the foundation for growth, and everything we build strengthens that bond. We’re leveraging the same exponential tech that’s driving success in other industries and making it available through personal growth resources such as custom assessments, growth plans, and more. As one of Boulder’s most innovative and growing tech companies, Gloo needs more talented professionals who are driven to make a positive impact.
The Opportunity:
As a member of the Technical Product Management (TPM) team, you will be responsible for the overall orchestration of our development process from inception to continuous support after launch. We are looking for individuals who excel in organization, have incredible communication skills, and are comfortable managing the schedule for complex projects. As an agile practitioner, you may also find yourself coaching teams, fostering organizational growth, and providing hands-on support as a change agent.
The Team:
Our TPM team is passionate about coaching teams and delivering products that have a positive impact. The culture of our team is extremely important to us. We believe that challenges are an opportunity to build bonds, teams are more efficient when they own their process, and that objectives are easier to meet when everyone is smiling. We want you to be engaged in your projects, we want you to voice your ideas, and we want you to be proud of what you accomplish.
In This Role:
- Create the Environment - Cross-functionally align teams, motivate toward results and inspire an environment of collaboration and problem-solving
- Own the Outcome - No matter the complexity or challenges, ensure that our products launch and operate successfully. Meeting the daily needs of coordinating your team’s work are the basics. Delivering new features and services to end users and seeing complex features through the complete integration cycles with other teams are the fun parts
- Own the Schedule - Partner with discipline leads to determine time and resources necessary to see projects through to completion. Build and maintain project plans, and schedules considering dependencies across multiple development teams to ensure successful releases
- Communicate - Provide transparency on project status and risks to stakeholders in order to ensure they are properly informed of any impacts from upcoming releases. Communicate frequently with the rest of the production team and project leads on project status, risks, and opportunities
- Maintain Systems - Support the team with all your production tools
- Keep it Organized - Ensure the team has the best organizational structure, processes, and practices that allow them to produce high quality work efficiently and on time

- Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM) (extra points for PMP or SAFe certifications)
- Deep understanding of project management and software development processes; strong preference to applicants with development experience
- Experience in a highly dynamic work environment where you were able to adapt quickly and exhibited problem-solving skills daily
- Optimistic attitude - you see each new problem as an opportunity to succeed.
- Taking initiative - you detect opportunities to solve problems on your own and see them through to final resolution
- An articulate communicator – you are able to communicate with stakeholders, both internal to your team and throughout the organization
- Passion for building applications that you are proud to put your name on
- Experience working with agile development project management tools
