Greenhouse is seeking a Technical Consultant, Analytics to join our Professional Services team!

Reporting to our Manager of Technical Professional Services, you will play a critical role in helping our customers fully leverage Greenhouse’s data analytics platform. 

Our goal is to help companies become great at hiring. As a Technical Consultant, you will incorporate industry best practices and data strategy to guide our clients up the Hiring Maturity curve.

What you’ll do

  • Lead consulting engagements with customers to understand their current systems, data landscape, and talent analytics needs
  • Project manage tasks such as requirements gathering, high-level design, testing, validation, and deployment
  • Master Greenhouse’s in-app reporting features, Google Sheets Connector platform, and Business Intelligence Connector (BIC)
  • Develop and deploy custom data visualizations in customers’ business intelligence tool of choice
  • Share insight and industry best practices with our customers to help deepen their insight to their people data
  • Improve and maintain Professional Services' engagement tools and documentation
  • Provide feedback to our Product, Engineering, and Partnership teams that inform our analytics platform and strategy
  • Use learning and development budget to further educate yourself, foster a new skill, or upgrade an existing one

You should have

  • Experience building and deploying data analytics dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Lookr, BigQuery, or PowerBI
  • Experience writing SQL queries
  • Experience in the HR or recruiting space, nice to have
  • Excellent consultation skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Experience working in a client-facing capacity
  • Formal or informal project management experience
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
