Talent Brand and Marketing Program Director

The Alteryx Talent team is growing quickly and we are seeking a Talent Brand and Marketing Program Director to develop and lead our overall Employer Brand strategy globally.
Develop and build our Employer and Talent Value Proposition
Activate that brand across multiple channels and medium to reach new audiences and create new opportunities for brand exposure and elevation.
Bridge Talent Brand activities with lead generation activities to expand our global presence
Measure success of programs pivoting to for success and where we can further create new opportunities for exposure using key performance metrics.
Utilize external benchmarking data and insights to identify opportunity areas and optimize our talent strategy
Lead all Talent Marketing activities in partnership with the Associate base including our Referral programs and campaigns, strategic lead generation activities through a variety of channels, and our DE&I efforts
Identify new opportunities for our Talent Brand to flourish increasing our ROI on existing channels and top of funnel candidate pools and increasing our conversion of candidates
Increase brand awareness as an employer of choice but build our brand in new markets as we continue to explore the virtual world of work.
Create brand awareness opportunities with storytelling content that resonates with each identified audience.
Manage employer brand presence on various channels, job boards, networking channels, etc.
Valued skills:
Significant understanding and experience in Talent Brand, Employer Brand, Demand Generation and/or Talent Marketing
Create and influence cross functional partnerships within Alteryx to evangelize the Talent and Employer Value Proposition providing a consistent approach in our messaging.
Success in a similar role leading global employer brand activities with proven, measurable results.
Effective communicator and storyteller
A true collaborator and partner who easily builds relationships and works effectively cross organizations and functions and has proven success in doing so with corporate marketing.
Out of the box thinker who innovates to think beyond the status quo.

Compensation:
Alteryx is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Broomfield, Colorado is $117,000 - 198,900. This position is also remote-friendly and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
This role is eligible for variable compensation including bonus and stock grants.
