Conga is seeking a hands-on Senior Program and Project Manager to join its IT team in Broomfield, CO/Remote US. This lead role will work closely with IT and Business Partners to consolidate and publish the project portfolio. The project manager will help with SDLC process improvements and vendor management in addition to managing key projects. He/She must have a strong customer service orientation, continuous improvement mindset, have good judgement, be process oriented, analytical and work well in teams. Ideal candidate should be capable of handling multiple priorities concurrently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Hands on Program/Project Manager that can drive portfolio management
• Define and manage project lifecycle from initiation through closure
• Manage and resolve program/project risks, issues and dependencies
• Develop and maintain plans and procedures for all project phases
• Effective stakeholder management. Manage escalations with appropriate urgency
• Manage budgets effectively and maintain up-to-date forecast vs actuals
• Manage SOWs for project execution
• Develop and Optimize SDLC processes working with IT and business partners
• Manage vendor on-boarding, PO and Payments for IT software purchases and renewals working with the appropriate IT and Finance team members

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with successful Program and Project management (10+ years)
• Experience managing IT projects is preferred
• Experience managing CRM or ERP projects (Netsuite, Workday, Dynamics CRM or Salesforce) is a big plus
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Detail oriented with a focus on resolving issues and moving forward
• PMP certification preferred
• BA/BS or MS degree in computer science or engineering related disciplines

The pay range for this position in Colorado is minimum $122,524.00 per year. However the base salary offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience. A full range of benefits including medical, dental, life insurance and financial will be offered. This information is provided per the Colorado Equal Pay Act.
