What We Do

The Operations team is responsible for establishing, leading and executing the business strategy to ensure growth objectives are achieved. The team manages day-to-day operations through strong cross-functional collaboration, deploying programs, processes and implementing technology solutions that provide scalability and efficiency.

What You Will Do

As a Senior Program Manager, you stand at the intersection of all key company initiatives and will be responsible for running point on cross functional programs that drive the business forward to achieve growth objectives. Essentially, you will be the go-to person for everything involving key strategic initiatives here at Skupos. Here is a bit more detail on what you will be responsible for:

  • Develop program management framework and capabilities within the organization to ensure flawless execution of key strategic initiatives
  • Establish practices, templates, processes, and tools to build and mature these capabilities within the organization
  • Through robust planning, coordinate and align resources needs while identifying gaps and/or constraints
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Provide status reporting regarding program milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership
  • Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs
  • Set and continually manage project and program expectations while delegating and managing deliverables with team members and stakeholders
  • Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
  • Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including leadership team and key stakeholders
  • Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the program team, analyze results and troubleshoot problem areas
  • Ensure that programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule and budget
  • Define success criteria and develop comprehensive project plans to track progress
  • Establish and effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What You Should Have

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 7 years of project management experience in an organization
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in rapidly scaling SaaS organization
  • Experience effectively managing cross-functional stakeholders
  • Robust written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to set goals, manage complex cross-functional projects and get things done effectively and efficiently
  • Strong sense of ownership and curiosity to learn new skills
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and advanced business acumen mindset
  • Excellent time management, communications, decision making, human relations and organization skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and solve problems
  • Proven ability to independently resolve issues and recommend process improvements
  • Background in supply chain a plus
