As a Sr. Program Manager you will play a central role in articulating objectives, developing project plans, facilitating communication and ensuring analytics, data science and third party vendors are all aligned and meeting larger departmental objectives.

What you will do:

  • Serves as a leader in defining and tracking program objectives from inception to delivery
  • Develops detailed plans for programs including requirements, resource needs, success metrics, timelines and deadlines
  • Identifies and defines list of dependent projects that support overall program goals
  • Develops detailed plans to ensure obligations are met by third party data vendors
  • Tracks budget, renewals for third party data vendors
  • Serve as main point of contact for all program stakeholders (internal and data vendors)
  • Leads dialogue with Executives and program stakeholders to ensure transparency of program status.
  • Ensure collaboration, communication, awareness and alignment amongst stakeholders

What you will bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in project and/or program management, including management of high-profile projects. Experience with technical projects is a plus
  • Strong understanding of program management frameworks, templates, and methodologies
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure compliance with client requirements
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, and training peers and other co-workers on policies, processes, and standard practices
  • Previous healthcare industry and working with Jira desired
  • Ability to influence executives, managers, and peers to align around program goals, timelines, and success metrics
  • Ability to identify and resolve conflicts related to program data, processes, and goals amongst program stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing 
  • Experience working with third party vendors and managing vendor relationships 

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $103,000 - $125,000 annually*
  • Bonus: up to 5% annually
