RingCentral is looking for a Project Manager to join the Global Resolution Office responsible for delivering an elite problem resolution and communications experience involving some of the company’s largest and most strategic customers. This is an opportunity to contribute to a growing organization within the Critical Accounts Program for a recognized leader in global cloud communications.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Professional Services Global Subcontractor Selection, Onboarding & Relationship Management
- Build Partner Measurement System to ensure quality delivery for RingCentral Professional Services Partners and subcontractors
- Interface internally with Legal, Operations, and Sales Team Leadership on alignment of PS Subcontractor Activities
- Coordinate High Level Requirements and setup for Partner Purchase Order to Invoice Processing, in partnership with PS Partner Operations
- Handle Delivery Escalations & Provide Process Guidance to Partners and Internal Stakeholders
- Evaluate and Select Global Delivery Partners for Growing Professional Services Organization
- Build and Evolve Go-to-Market Strategy for new RingCentral Markets through partnering with Delivery organizations to deliver Project Management, On-Site Deployment, and Remote Technical Implementation Skillsets
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree. With 10+ years of related industry experience.
- 5 years experience working in Technical Support as a specialist in technical support best practices
- Strong experience with SaaS technologies and telecommunications/VoIP technologies required
- Familiar with Salesforce Service Cloud or similar CRM systems, Knowledgebase systems, and Customer portals for case management.
- Experience in developing and overseeing programs and processes that directly create customer happiness and loyalty.
- Self-starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong verbal/written communication skills, including the ability to effectively connect with both business and technical teams.
- Proficient at identifying areas for improvement in processes, tools, and techniques and the ability to follow through on implementing these improvements.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills.
- Ability to understand and apply technical concepts.
- Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Proven ability to work as a team player and enjoys collaboration.
- Proven ability to work with minimal direction.
- Demonstrated excellence in troubleshooting and analysis skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial Customer Care organization.
- Must be a strong leader who is highly energetic and a motivated team player.
