Zoom is seeking a Sr. Global Regulatory Compliance Program Manager to join its rapidly growing legal and compliance team. This person will join the regulatory compliance arm of the dynamic and innovative Compliance Legal Team and partner closely with the various legal, compliance, and business teams to develop, manage and globally scale Zoom’s various compliance programs. This position will report to the head of the Regulatory Compliance team.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain internal controls corresponding to key regulatory requirements and frameworks, including Zoom’s FTC Order, GDPR, and CCPA
Assess sufficiency of evidence substantiating the operationalization of those controls and provide collaborative recommendations to cross-functional teams on how best to present evidence to independent third-party assessors
Support external and internal assessment of controls
Maintain global mapping of requirements to internal controls to ensure proper coordination across the various teams supporting Zoom’s compliance efforts
Update controls, evidence and processes to account for regulatory developments
Provide training sessions and regulatory updates to relevant company stakeholders to ensure compliance efforts incorporate the most recent regulatory developments
Support legal and compliance teams on third-party audits, internal and external investigations, and litigation
Provide support on a variety of transactions, including commercial relationships, vendor engagements, strategic partnerships, and mergers and acquisitions
Provide pragmatic day-to-day and strategic guidance to minimize legal risks while advancing key business goals and initiatives in an extremely fast-paced and complex environment
Support the development and improvement of compliance department teams and processes to meet the demands of the business’ hyper growth trajectory
Approach legal and compliance issues with a business-first mindset
Requirements:
12+ years relevant experience
Significant experience managing and leading global regulatory compliance programs for public technology companies
Graduate or professional degree relevant to the position strongly preferred
Demonstrated experience interacting with and supporting executive leadership teams at public companies in the technology industry
Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional teams and build consensus among stakeholders and leadership
Ability to quickly issue spot and appropriately prioritize risk and outcomes a must
Passion to work in a collaborative team environment with an attitude to deliver happiness
Extremely organized with the ability to confidently manage multiple projects simultaneously, multi-task, adjust to rapidly changing priorities, and drive strategic projects to successful delivery
