Job Description

  • Work with the sales team in pre-sales and post sales, to qualify, manage, and close sales opportunities.

  • Perform discovery and analysis of business needs by asking investigative questions to understand use-cases and capture technical requirements.  Propose how best to implement Blitzz’s solution to meet their requirements.

  • Cultivate lasting business relationships with customers through consultative sales tactics and effective account management practices.

  • Actively participate in the completion of solution presentations, RFPs and RFIs.

  • Conduct web-based or in-person demonstrations with engaging storytelling and technical accuracy which contextually use Blitzz’ features/functions.  

  • Capture customer requirements for inclusion in product roadmap and work with the Engineering team to understand technical options and timeframes and  convey those to customers.

  • Configure and set up new customers on the Blitzz platform.


 

Experience and Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree required

  • Proven professional experience (3+ years) in SaaS enterprise for technical pre-sales, implementation and consulting, across customer organizational levels.

  • The ability to build relationships with clients quickly.

  • Strong presentation and customer facing skills combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to explain a complicated subject in a clear and articulate fashion.

  • Comfortable in a rapid growth environment with high degrees of autonomy and ambiguity - used to navigating the challenges and opportunities in a start-up or scale-up business.

  • Strong team player.

  • Travel ~25% of the time.
