Alteryx is searching for a Software Delivery Manager in the Broomfield, CO office, once it reopens.

Position Overview

We are looking for three things from our Software Delivery Manager:

• A passion for people leadership and development

• A passion for the software development process. We are heavily focused on Agile and Lean principles and want a leader that is continually striving to adopt and optimize against both. 

• Given this highly technical domain, we need someone with strong technical experience especially on the installer and language side. Experience leading full stack developers is ideal.

Required Qualifications

• People leadership experience with a strong desire to lead; servant leader with passion for developing people and high-performant teams

• 5+ years in software development experience, preferably with various install technologies, scripting languages, and automated testing

• Clear, concise written and verbal communication

• Demonstrable experience in designing software solutions; big picture thinking in problem solving

• Deep understanding and commitment to modern software engineering principles/processes (Agile, Lean, DevOps) and continuous improvement through measurement

• Strong experience in modern development pipelines and tools (e.g. Git)

• Demonstrable experience driving collaboration and solutions across teams

• Strong skills in critical thinking, decision making, problem solving, and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• InstallAware experience a plus

• Exposure and knowledge of C# and Python

• Familiarity with data analytics

• Knowledge and experience with developing on Windows and Linux

• Familiarity with cloud deployment and systems

• Implementing telemetry to existing systems

Compensation:

Alteryx is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Broomfield, CO is $101,700 – $172,900. This position is also remote-friendly and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. This role is eligible for variable compensation including bonus and stock grants.
