We are seeking a senior level Technical Program Manager to build out our  Engineering Operations Team at BetterCloud. In this leadership role, you will own the implementation and execution of our Scaled Agile processes, ensuring effective and efficient delivery by our software teams. 

What You’ll Do 

• Oversee the program management and process elements of our Scaled Agile Framework across all Engineering team
• Manage and optimize the flow of value through the Program Increment (PI) using various tools, such as the Program Kanban and other information radiators
• Establish and communicate the annual calendars for Iterations and Program Increments (PIs)
• Facilitate PI Planning readiness by fostering a Continuous Exploration process that drives the synthesis of a Vision, a Roadmap, and Backlogs, and through Pre- and Post-PI Planning events
• Summarize Team PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives and publish them for visibility and transparency
• Assist in tracking the execution of features and capabilities
• Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets
• Work closely with engineering partners including Product Operations & Support to streamline communication and process flows from build through delivery 
• Report on key performance metrics for engineering delivery
• Partner with Agile Program Manager for effective team and program practices
• Oversee Jira administration, ensuring best practices for efficient workflows and effective reporting

About You

• 5+ years of experience with technical program management
• SAFe RTE or other Scaled Agile certifications a plus
• Demonstrated focus on outcomes, including measuring and reporting on high-performance software delivery
• Knowledge of Jira: projects, templates, workflows, forms, reporting
• Strong mediation and negotiation skills

In accordance with applicable law, the following represents BetterCloud’s reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role if hired in Colorado. Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Colorado only, and this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado as well. 

Salary Range: $165,000 - $210,000
