Job Description

The Brandfolder marketing team is looking for an experienced Sr. Program Manager to join the team. The ideal Sr. Program Manager candidate has some marketing leadership experience and is a strong project and campaign manager. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will work side by side, often in confidence, serving as a critical extension of Head of Marketing's vision, leadership and voice. You will connect dots, elevate insights and trends, and generate ideas. You will be a key driver of any number of strategic initiatives and should be ok with ambiguity and jumping between projects.

The formal charter is to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness - partnering with cross-functional groups to deliver programs and projects that enable us to operate as a cohesive, integrated team. 

Base salary range for this role to be between $95,680 and $124,200. In addition, this role will be eligible for a market competitive annual bonus and RSU stock grant upon accepted offer. Here’s a little more on what we’re seeking:

Your responsibilities:

  • Help keep programs and projects on track through strong organizational influence and project management skills. 

  • Identify and take on ad hoc strategic projects.

  • Manage projects in a timely fashion for multiple deliverables with competing deadlines.

  • Collaborate across internal teams and stakeholders to deliver valuable programs at scale

  • Ability to identify better ways of working at scale through building new mechanisms and processes

  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization

  • Define and/or modify processes rather than applying what exists today.

  • Be ready to move into a role managing other members of the marketing team 

  • Help drive and support operational meetings. Including annual planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), board meetings, all hands meetings, staff meetings and other communication events.

  • Drive projects, be able to stand your ground as needed

Qualifications

Requirements

  • 7+ years in B2B SaaS technology marketing or program management roles or an MBA and 4+ years of marketing or program management 

  • Bachelors degree in marketing or related business discipline (MBA a plus) 

  • Discretion, executive presence, strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to learn quickly and pick up tools, systems, and processes in a short amount of time.

  • Candidates must possess the ability to build an excellent rapport with internal constituents

  • Knowledge of the enterprise software market landscape, enterprise cloud computing, Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery models is helpful. B-to-B marketing experience as must.

  • Excellent at project management principles including building project plans, schedules, action items and driving projects to closure etc.
