As a Senior Program Manager, you have the opportunity to showcase your excellent program management skills and leadership chops in a creative, diverse, and motivated culture that’s transforming healthcare marketing. In this role, you will lead and execute some of our most complex and high impact technical implementation programs that enable our clients to better inform their business decisions through advanced data management.

What You Will Do:

  • Serve as the leader for the program and its associated projects from inception to delivery
  • Develop detailed plans for the program including business requirements, resource needs, success metrics, and implementation timeframes and deadlines
  • Articulate the vision, goals, objectives, and business impact of the program
  • Identify and define the list of dependent projects that support the overall program
    goals and objectives
  • Facilitate and coordinate efforts of cross-functional teams, third party partners, and clients to formulate project plans, align project deliverables, and deliver program outcomes that achieve the defined success metrics
  • Anticipate, address, and resolve program risks, obstacles, and bottlenecks
  • Mentor and coach teams on program and project best practices, techniques, and tools
  • Ensure collaboration, communication, awareness, and alignment amongst program stakeholders

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • 8-10+ years’ experience in project and/or program management, including management of high-profile projects
  • Strong understanding of program management frameworks, templates, and methodologies
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure compliance with client requirements
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, and training peers and other co-workers on policies, processes, and standard practices
  • Previous healthcare industry experience is a plus
  • Willing to travel a few times per year
