Senior Program Manager
At Snapdocs, we are on a mission to transform the real estate closing process so that lenders can close their loans sooner and homebuyers can move into their dream homes quicker. As our company and product offerings continue to grow, we are hiring our very first Senior Program Manager to accomplish this mission. You’ll build out our product operations function and help us achieve world class levels of execution and delivery on our product roadmap. This will mean ensuring we have crisp milestones defined and communicated and that we keep complex projects on track. These tasks will span multiple development teams, third party integrations, and go-to-market coordination. You will partner with our Engineering, Product and Design teams at Snapdocs to successfully execute on complex product launches that require tight cross-functional coordination and communication. You will run point on key projects by ensuring timely delivery to meet our product goals. You will partner with third parties and the go-to-market team to ensure we have a successful beta launch and then clear implementation plan to bring products fully to market. The person who fills this role will be the first Program Manager at Snapdocs so there is a ton of room to get creative and shape this function of our organization!
We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager for software development teams (ideally SaaS applications). You have a proven track record of driving execution across cross functional projects with small-to-medium sized engineering organizations. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence and similar technologies is preferred. Lastly, you are a highly effective and experienced communicator with excellent project management and organizational skills.
