What you will be doing:

The Senior Program Manager - Strategic Accounts is responsible for leading the delivery of complex projects that span across one or more business units. This role will be focused primarily on leading and managing successful implementations of the Cloud Elements integration platform for our Strategic customers and Alliance partners. This sector consists of Enterprise customers, large resellers, system integration partners and strategic referral partners. This role will be responsible for full project life cycle ownership and management: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously. 

This role is also expected to contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery, establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization. The candidate should have a strong technical acumen and history of delivering programs and projects for strategic enterprise customers and partners. The leader should also possess expertise in delivering enterprise programs in the SaaS and integration space.

 

  • Develop, maintain and manage strategic customer implementations to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within agreed scope and meeting an agreed upon success criteria

  • Responsible for ensuring the Alliance Enablement team is engaged to ensure our partners are trained and have the tools they need to implement a successful program

  • Provides technical, administrative, and operational management of assigned project tasks including acting as the primary liaison, the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, and administrative reporting for external and internal stakeholders

  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors, C-level executives, and key stakeholders

  • Identify, manage and provide solutions for project delivery risks, project issues and project plan critical path activities; setting and resetting expectations throughout delivery

  • Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables. Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards

  • Reviews future project requirements and develops strategies for future work

  • Learn the Cloud Elements platform in order to demonstrate a functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry and Cloud Elements best practices

  • Understand the interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs

  • Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence

  • Works toward mutual goals, strategies and objectives to build awareness and support of overall strategic benefits of the alliance to senior leaders

What we would like you to have:

  • 7-10 years of overall enterprise program management experience, with 3-5 years of partner/channel management, strategic business operations, strategy, and/or corporate development

  • Understanding or experience in integration technology or API’s

  • Track record of delivering technical partnerships that drive revenue 

  • Possess exceptional project management skills and experience, you will be the responsible party for coordinating Strategic Alliance leaders from Sales and Marketing to deliver the solution

  • Technical expertise and background preferred

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams both internally and externally to explain, understand, manage, and implement complex partnerships and projects. 

  • Capacity for highly technical selling, including comfort with performing technical demos, technical discovery, and presentation of core product capabilities

  • Experience with Salesforce.com CRM and other sales technology platforms

  • Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills with strong experience presenting to executive sponsors, technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management

  • Proven track record in managing effective teams of software engineers

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, simultaneous, complex projects successfully

  • Ability to work in an environment with changing priorities and embrace change through analytical and problem-solving capabilities; Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Proven success in providing on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones

  • Team player who is flexible, delivery-oriented, enthusiastic and has the drive to continually learn and improve
