Job Duties and Responsibilities
What you will be doing
The Boost Mobile Channel Expansion team is located in Englewood, Colorado and we're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Program Manager to support retail growth and go-to-market projects. Reporting to the Head of Business Development Channel Expansion, the Program Manager for Business Development will ensure cross-functional alignment and communication, track deliverables and project milestones for cross-functional teams and manage overall readiness for product releases using agile/scrum methods. He/She/They will work closely with internal and external stakeholders from the vision and requirements definition phase through delivery.
Day-to-day job responsibilities
In this role, you will

 

  • Partner cross-functionally to maintain a well-defined project status timeline, deliverables, backlogs and project roadmaps;
  • Manage cross-team dependencies, identify and assign clear ownership of feature tasks to team members and drive the execution of each team member to ensure a timely release of completed projects;
  • Establish and advocate for the overall schedule that aligns with the requirements from the cross-functional teams;
  • Lead development of processes, using project management tools to monitor and improve delivery efficiency, cadence and impact of product and solution releases;
  • Regularly communicate project updates to internal stakeholders with efficient analysis of issues and potential solutions;
  • Ensure issues are tracked, managed and communicated with a defined path to resolution.

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Skills and experience
The successful Program Manager - Business Development will have:

 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, business or related field;
  • Five or more years in a project, program or delivery management role;
  • A demonstrated ability to influence other teams to meet goals;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Familiarity with high-tech products and cellular devices;
  • Telecommunications, sales operations and/or wireless carrier experience, preferred.

Salary Range
Compensation: $74,700.00/Year - $103,850.00/Year
