Senior Events Coordinator
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Ibotta Events Team! Ibotta is looking for a highly organized Senior Events Coordinator who will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of corporate events for the Client Partnerships team.

- Act as primary event coordinator responsible for overseeing all strategic planning for sponsorships at industry events
- Coordinate event logistics of team participation in industry events, including registration, business lead development, shipment of materials, booth design, etc.
- Lead planning and execution of Ibotta’s annual client conference, including budget ownership, venue selection, content development, sponsor outreach, and logistics management
- Research business development opportunities such as conferences, industry meetings and trade shows
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of event-related experience
- Bachelors degree required
- Superior communication skills; ability to work well with multiple teams and motivate others to achieve shared goals
- Strong eye for detail and a passion for quality and precision
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities while balancing multiple concurrent projects
- Mastery of timeline and deadline management
- Strong leadership skills and ability to act as a project coordinator
- Resourceful, self-starter. Sense of urgency and strong work ethic
- Experience with Microsoft Office, CVENT and Salesforce.com preferred
