We are currently looking for a Senior Director of Program Management to join us.
In this role, you can expect:

• Lead program management within Monigle's Environmental team
• Provide senior-level direction and oversight across client engagements and inspire teams to deliver exceptional results
• Partner with the program director group to develop talent, help manage day-to-day program management needs, and elevate the quality of our deliverables
• Drive growth conversations and actively identify and close opportunities that broaden and diversify the Monigle portfolio and offerings - both with existing clients and prospects
• Lead proposal development, RFP and RFI responses for program management opportunities
• Oversee staffing and resource allocation to meet departmental goals and needs
• Drive improvements to program management standards and tools (sourcing, schedule, financial, quality, agendas)
• Guide continued evolution and improvement to SignChart, our proprietary program management software platform
• Design and implement training modules to assist team members in developing new skills
• Act as a coach and mentor to project teams and individuals
• Impact the overall Monigle vision and direction

Job Requirements
Our ideal candidate:

• 15+ years in project management Real Estate, Construction, and Facilities, preferably in a practitioner role building and leading large-scale projects and initiatives, such as: retail rollout, corporate office workplace, healthcare facilities, etc.
• Experience leading large, multi-facility signage implementation programs is a plus
• Proven experience driving, defining, and influencing growth/new business conversations with new and existing clients
• Exceptional communication skills-both written and verbal
• Experience collaborating with and presenting to senior level clients and executives
• Passion for enabling clients and teams to succeed, overcome their challenges and achieve their goals
• Results-oriented with a positive "can do" attitude and a strong desire to get things done
