How You Fit In:

As part of the Product Team of Reserve Trust you’ll play a critical role in defining, building and growing our innovative next-generation B2B payments technology platform, crafting and executing our near- and intermediate-term strategic initiatives, and creating a best in class program management function. To be successful in this role, you’ll have demonstrated leadership abilities with experience building a PMO function and/or managing a team within a Product function at a dynamic, rapidly growing organization.

 

This role reports to the Chief Product Strategy Officer and will partner and collaborate with all departments across the company ensuring successful delivery of complex, cross-functional projects.  

 

This role is fully remote, and you can work from anywhere in the US.

 

What You’ll Do:

·       Build a PMO function that supports the business’ key strategic objectives and initiatives

·       Draft, present, and execute a project management hiring plan (i.e., plan for, recruit, hire, and oversee a team of project managers)

·       Work closely with other RT functions to build a comprehensive understanding of, and program plan that incorporates, the business’ goals and needs

·       Prioritize within and across projects based on company requirements and available resourcing

·       Take ownership of resolving blocking issues encountered in the course of project execution and implementation

·       Communicate frequently with the company’s senior leadership, including providing an overall program roadmap, ongoing status updates (scheduled and ad hoc), and insight into significant areas of risk as they arise

·       Define and implement metrics for tracking project success

·       Review and refine company policies and procedures related to project and change management

 

Qualifications:

·    Preferred minimum of 5+ years’ experience in program/project management or role(s) requiring similar skills (i.e., delivering large, complex, cross-functional projects)

·  Nice to have:

·   Experience building and managing a PMO team

·   Experience working in the financial technology industry, another regulated industry and/or with product and engineering teams

·   Experience designing and implementing processes and procedures, as well as communicating those to a broader organization

 

Key Competencies:

·     Strong written and oral communication skills

·     Comfort delivering results in ambiguous situations and/or with limited oversight

·     Ability to share complex concepts with a diverse group of stakeholders

·     Experience learning and incorporating new technologies and ideas

We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of $210,000 – 230,000. Reserve Trust intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience and location.
