As a Scrum Master, you will work alongside Product and Engineering teams to facilitate Agile and Scrum best practices for our CRM enterprise engagement platform. You will also serve as a subject matter expert on Agile values and the Scrum framework for the teams you serve and the organization.

What you will do:

  • Assist in creating high-performing software development teams by assessing squad effectiveness and maturity with Agile methodologies, developing and delivering training on Agile frameworks and toolsets, and coaching the development team(s) on adopting Agile responsibilities
  • Support and advise product owners on refining and maintaining the product backlog
  • Work with Product Owners to define requirements and break them down into activities to be accomplished
  • Facilitate team discussions and Scrum events
  • Identify development risks, escalate concerns, and assist in developing mitigation plans
  • Identify patterns, trends, and roadblocks at the team-level and above and assist in developing commitment to Agile practices
  • Identify, collect and report on squad-based metrics
  • Design, model, support, and reinforce a culture of servant leadership and continuous improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve the timeliness, effectiveness, and transparency of team communications
  • Serve the Development Team, Product Owner, and Organization

What you will bring:

  • 5+ years of Agile/Scrum Master experience, especially within an enterprise product development environment
  • CSM certification
  • Ability to learn and implement evolving Agile strategies and tactics
  • Experience overseeing multiple teams with cross-requirement dependencies
  • Experience training and mentoring employees, including peers, on Agile and Scrum best practices
  • High level of flexibility within changing environments and priorities
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills, with the ability to work with diverse and geographically dispersed teams
  • Ability to coach teams to reach their highest potential
  • Bonus: software development experience
