About the role
About the Role
As a Scrum Master on our team, you will work as part of a truly innovative, fun and growing team responsible for delivering the new Hyper Converged Infrastructure product. You will focus on new product development and enhancements to existing products.

What you will do:
Coach the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices effectively
Lead scrum ceremonies with the engineering teams to plan and execute software development for complex system features in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment
Facilitate continuous improvements and problem-solving in the teams through developing practices of high quality, predictability and velocity
Assist with internal and external communication, improve transparency, and escalate risks and impediments
Coordinate with different agile and cross-functional teams
Participate in the Scrum of Scrums to ensure alignment across Agile teams and releases
Support and educate the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog
Celebrate successes with the team
About you
- 3-6 years' experience working as a Scrum Master for a software development team that was diligently applying Agile principles, practices, and theory
Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
First level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I or SSM)
Ability to understand the technical details of the software your teams are working on
Ability to assess risk, challenge estimates, identify dependencies and ultimately guide the team throughout the software development
Ability to work on a diverse team or with a diverse range of people.
A degree in Computer Science or Engineering or experience in a related field.
You might also have:
Experience as a technical contributor on an agile team (Software Engineer, Quality Engineer, etc.)
Familiarity with Atlassian tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
Experience working in SAFe or Lean Agile
Experience working with system level products – hyperconverged or enterprise storage appliances are the perfect match, but other industries could include networking, operating systems, security, telecommunications and database systems
