Opportunity
As a member of the RFP Team, you will lead the tactical and strategic execution of LogRhythm responses to RFP’s, RFI’s, and similar documents. This work will be performed in direct support of and in collaboration with our Global Sales team. And, it has a direct impact on our success as a company, through driving sales growth and market awareness. You will also work cross-functionally within the organization on other initiatives; competitive intelligence being one.
RFP / Senior RFP Specialist determination will be made based on experience level and other factors.
Responsibilities
- Represent LogRhythm to prospective and current clients by providing accurate, effective and consistent RFP responses
- This includes supporting global teams, requiring schedule flexibility
- Act as the project manager, content writer, editor, and proposal SME for multiple concurrent RFP’s including International and / or high-complexity RFP’s, in the Commercial and
Federal Sectors - Assist in updating the RFP Content library and associated collateral on an ongoing basis
- Complete ASAP / Ad-Hoc RFP Requests in addition to normal workload
- Assist with select competitive intelligence projects
- Be recognized as a go-to resource for the Sales and Sales Engineering Organization whenever questions from RFP’s arise, as well as other groups within LogRhythm such as Lead Development
Requirements
- Ability to understand and respond to inquiries from technical and business proposal reviewers
- Outstanding project management skills, including leading a variety of project contributors across a geographically, functionally, and hierarchically dispersed organization
- Talented writer/editor, able to incorporate multiple viewpoints into a document, and having a keen eye for spelling and grammar
- Experience with e-procurement platforms (e.g., Ariba, SAP) and print submission
(strongly preferred for Senior level candidates) - Strong working understanding of enterprise-grade software (strongly preferred for Senior
level candidates) - Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent, related experience)
