Operations Program Manager

The Operations Program Manager (internally know as the Revenue Ops Program Owner) oversees new programs and projects that the Tools &Technology (T&T) team takes on. They work collaboratively with the T&T team to ensure that requests from internal customer stakeholders across the business (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Training, Product, etc.) are completed on-time and deliver expected results.
Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):
- Coordinating and managing Revenue Operations T&T Campaign execution and/or Tool Optimization and Roadmap projects– this includes:
- Leading, facilitating, and scheduling alignment meetings with all stakeholders to ensure that requirements, deliverables, and desired outcomes are clearly defined
- Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible
- Effectively communicating to stakeholders and Revenue Operations T&T teams the proper expectations and requirements (e.g., slippage, scope creep, etc.) for projects, programs, and tasks; taking logistics into consideration when projects and programs overlap or dovetail
- Keeping all relevant stakeholders informed of the status of projects and programs the Revenue Operations T&T team is executing (e.g., monitoring the status and providing updates to leadership)
- Ensuring all projects are completed as specified and meet stakeholders’ expectations
- Maintaining and refining best practices to ensure Revenue Operations T&T programs run smoothly and meet deadlines:
- Understanding and creating/updating documentation on new and existing Revenue Operations T&T processes
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and developments
- Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
- At least two (2) years of demonstrated program and project management experience
- One (1) to two (2) years’ experience using tools included in a Revenue Operations tech stack (e.g., Marketing Automation Platform (Marketo), CRM (Salesforce), etc.)
- Ability to build strong internal customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions; ability to anticipate and balance the needs of multiple internal customers
- Ability to hold self and others accountable to meet commitments
- Ability to plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals
- Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
- Ability to adapt approach and demeanor in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations
- Ability to actively seek new ways to grow and be challenged; quickly gaining an understanding of the organization and business
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and enthusiasm to learn and become proficient in new technologies
- Ability to determine when to escalate problems to leadership and when to carry out solutions on your own
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while being self-motivated and results-oriented
- Healthy interpersonal skills, and a “can do” positive attitude with demonstrated success in building relationships and trust while working across departments and teams
- High organization skills and the ability to be process driven with an eye for detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Required Education & Certifications:
- B.S./B.A. degree in related field or equivalent work experience
Compensation:
- Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $65,000 or more depending on experience #LI-HK1
*Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
