QA Manager (Contract)
Limina is seeking a contract QA Manager
Limina is on a mission to expand and enhance human potential by simplifying complex computer interactions. We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team to lead a QA effort for the loading of a content management system. This will involve taking a leadership perspective in the creation and execution of a comprehensive quality assurance plan that will be implemented through automation and manual processes used to ensure content and data quality. Content is being migrated manually and through automation during a large-scale website migration from static web pages and files to a Drupal-based web content management system.
Responsibilities
Create a quality assurance strategy and plan for ensuring that content and data loaded is accurate and meets required thresholds
Work with project leadership and stakeholders to define processes and workflows that will ensure and measure the quality of content and data
Oversee the implementation of quality measures and processes and execution of the QA plan as it is deployed across a diverse team of approximately 50 content and data stewards
Lead the hands-on QA of data importing from ~10 different source systems
Requirements
Recently demonstrated ability to rapidly build a strategy and plan for quality assurance in migrating from static to CMS based website using manual and automated techniques
Ability to independently query and work in Drupal 8, SQL Server, flat files, and utilize a diverse set of APIs/web services
Ability to work autonomously and efficiently in a remote team environment
Stellar collaborator - demonstrated experience working with diverse teams and personality types
Excellent personal communication skills - both with an internal team and with clients

General skills
Quality assurance and testing management including writing and executing plans, cases, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Content management in Drupal 8 including the ability to create dashboards, views, etc. so that you can track/evaluate content and data in the system
Excellent ability to use data mining tools to provide automated quality assurance of ETL processes
Proficiency with Office 365 and G Suite tools, especially SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Slides, Sheets, Docs
Minimum requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related experience
5+ years related experience
US citizen or green-card holder
Some of our contracts may require Limina to conduct drug-testing
