Organic Return is a fast-growing real estate marketing software and services company located in Basalt Colorado. Due to our rapid growth over the last 6 months Organic Return has an immediate need for a Project Manager. This is a contract position.

The primary responsibilities for the PM role:

• Client and Partner Relationship Management: PMs are the primary point of contact for clients throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Business Analysis/Client Needs Assessment: PMs will work directly with the client to translate business needs into technical requirements and specific tasks for the requirements of the project.
• Develops and executes project plan for successful project completion. PM will manage the quality, on-budget, and on-schedule delivery of our software solutions.
• PMs are responsible for project and task management.
• Provides clients and internal team with weekly project reports and need to be able to identify potential problems, blockers, and schedule issues and to quickly communicate possible solutions to key stakeholders
• Manages Organic Return’s maintenance Queue and updates clients and internal stakeholders on status and updates of tasks. Works to identify problems and resolve them within Organic Return’s Service Level Agreement with clients.
• Provides first level QA of new projects and functionality for Organic Returns products. (Foundation WEB, and FOUNDATION CRM)
• Acts as first level of support and communication to clients.
• Be willing to work on items outside of project management.
• Distributes and gathers monthly performance reports for clients.
• Supports content management for clients when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills

Successful candidates typically have the following:

• Strong people, relationship, team management, and facilitation skills
• Agile software experience
• Familiarity with Web & Mobile App Technologies
• Experience using Jira (expertise is a plus)
• QA Experience
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
• Adaptable self-starter who is skilled at creating structure in ambiguous environments
• Highly competent with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
• Minimum of 3 year’s experience

Things that will impress us:

• Eagerness to learn and obtain Scrum Master or PMP certifications.
• Agency Experience or experience managing SaaS product implementation project
• 5+ years of experience
