We are looking for someone who embodies a customer-centric approach and will take ownership of our deployment and operational performance by ensuring an excellent customer experience with AMP technology. Your objective is to differentiate AMP Robotics by providing and managing the industry’s best customer experience. Project Management Responsibilities:
Manage progress on engineering, assembly, shipping and installation tasks while updating the scheduling software status on each deployment project.
Document and track action items from project kick-off, design review, installation review and post project meetings.
Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the system to the clients.
Support installations many which will be on weekends.
When issues arise within the projects, problem solve and advise senior managers of options for solutions.
Be accountable for the project groups documentation quality and provide input on how these deliverables to internal and external customers can be improved.
Regularly communicate with the engineering team to help the managers to prioritize issues and requested features through the Engineering Change Request process.
Assist in the collection and analysis of supply chain data to assess different facets of supply chain health with AMP Supply Chain Specialist
Continually identifies and implements new opportunities for cost savings, cost avoidance and proactively tracks these objectives.
As a rapidly growing start-up, other needs may arise from time to time that are not specifically highlighted in this job description. The Project Manager shall be flexible with respect to duties, demonstrate initiative in identifying and solving company needs.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Experience with Project Management software tools, i.e. MS Project, Smartsheets, Liquid Planner, etc.
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Ability to collaborate closely with a cross-functional team.
Excitement about robotics, artificial intelligence, and recycling.
Willingness to travel.
Engineering degree, business degree or project certificate education expected.
Compensation:
Base salary plus Medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k plan, PTO, paid sick leave, and flexible work time.
