Job Title: Project Manager
Reports to: Director of Client Experience 

Human Design is looking for an experienced Project Manager to help drive the execution and delivery of digital campaigns. The ideal candidate is a highly adaptive individual and an expert in managing multi-channel projects within a fast-paced agency environment. This role will require cross-functional collaboration, strong process management, and a customer-obsessed mindset. 

Job responsibilities include:

• Schedule and lead meetings that coordinate milestones, reviews, and deliverables
• Maintain, track, and distribute Contact Reports and action items after every meeting
• Provide weekly client updates outlining the work we’ve done, and what’s coming up next
• Coordinate and communicate work schedules/timelines between internal teams and external client contacts

Requirements: 

• Self-starter with strong written and oral communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
• 1-3 years of previous project management experience, preferably within an agency
• Solid understanding of the roles at a creative agency and how they interact including strategy, content, design, and software development
