ProofID is seeking a Project Manager to become a part of our professional services team that delivers innovative solutions for our customers. The Professional Services team focuses on federation architecture consulting, installation, configuration assistance, and connecting digital identities across the cloud. Duties and Responsibilities

• Must be able to plan, execute, and deliver projects according to specified schedule and budget guidelines
• Manage and monitor day-to-day project activities to include status, emails, schedules, scope, risks, deliverables, and resources
• Identify, troubleshoot, and manage possible scope creep, roadblocks or issues, internal and customer concerns, and resource conflicts to ensure timely resolution or escalation
• Responsible for all project communications including, weekly status reporting, scheduling and conducting kickoff calls, internal and customer meetings, and technical discussions
• Ability to manage multiple projects with customers and team members located both locally and remotely
• Work with resource manager to ensure all projects are staffed and resources allocated appropriately to correlate with project deadlines, scope increase, onsite travel, and/or periods of heightened on-call customer support
• Ensure client satisfaction by responding to customer requests and setting realistic expectations through all phases of the project
• Update and maintain Confluence site for each project
• Assist with resolving timesheet and invoice issues
• Project closing activities

Required Technical Qualifications

• 3+ years direct work experience in a project management capacity; demonstrated experience leading project teams is a must

• Ability to work collaboratively in defining workable customer solutions
• Comfortable in an environment where shifting priorities, demands, and timelines are the norm
• Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships across corporate functions within the customer organization
• Demonstrated success as a project manager in an environment driven by budget, scope and deadlines across multiple software implementation projects
• The ability of effective decision-making and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy are required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft office programs including Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook. 

Desired Technical Qualifications, but not required:

• Experience with web application security and Identity and Access Management (IAM) industry
• Experience with IAM products such as Ping Identity
• General knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OIDC protocols and industry trends in Identity and Access Management / Security.
• Project management certifications (e.g. PMP)
