Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for process and/or quality improvements and follow through with implementation and dissemination of improvements.
- Manage new projects and ongoing iterations from Planning to Support, interfacing with stakeholders on matters related to scope and effort.
- Presenting and delivering project proposals to stakeholders and all levels of management.
- Regularly report project status in clear, concise terms that are easily consumed by both stakeholders and team members.
- Manage all projects with an eye on scope, time, cost and quality.
- Demonstrate personal leadership and ability to motivate and coach others.
- Set meeting agendas and drive decisions while capturing action items.
- Be passionate about stakeholder satisfaction, process, product quality, and reliability.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely follow-up and follow-through.
- Be a technology systems expert and have the ability to support and troubleshoot any issues and resolve in a timely manner.

Qualifications
- 1-3 Years’ experience in a proven Project Management role
- Degree and/or Certificate in Project Management (PMP) is a Plus
- Experience with Salesforce is a Plus
