Location: Rino, Denver, CO

Description:

The Tiber Group is looking for a project manager to join their Denver Office team. This individual will work closely with all team members in Denver, as well as directly with our Columbus office. Their primary task will be to coordinate operations, manage project timelines, roadmaps, communication and deadlines. In addition, the role will have a client facing aspect, where the individual will field client calls, emails and requests to better coordinate responses and updates to project materials and address client needs.

This individual will need to adapt quickly to changing requests and timelines, both from the client and internal teams, and effectively update team priorities to accomplish tasks and projects in the timelines set by client and senior staff. They will work directly with the Chief Technology Officer, Chief Operations Officer and Chief Administrative Officer.

Primary Duties:

  • Manage tactical operations in the Denver office under the supervision of the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Operations Officer.
  • Coordinate timelines, roadmaps and needs for internal and client facing projects
  • Field client calls, emails and requests for project and retainer clients
  • Work with client to gather necessary project materials
  • Manage project management software for assigned clients and projects, keeping internal teams up to date on the latest priorities and timelines set by senior staff
  • Serve as primary point of contact for specific clients
  • Coordinate internal team communication to increase efficiency and reduce time to complete tasks / projects
  • Assist Business Development Manager in client on-boarding and project scoping.
  • Assist the Development Manager in SCRUM sprint planning. 

 

Other Duties:

  • Work with the COO, CTO, and CAO to improve workflow and processes.
  • Assist media team with maintaining accurate data for purchasing.
  • Order entry for media clients, as well as distribution of assets to media outlets as needed
  • Work with design team members to storyboard user experiences and workflows.
  • Coordinate with CAO to address office needs, including HR and office overhead.
