Job Duties:
- Manage all strategic partner relationships, including ThrivePass Engage and WSA
- Execute process optimizations with all partner relationships
- Drive all facets of a project from research, implementation, management
- Assist in product development and go to market strategy
- Develop scalable models that build future relationships. I.e. business development plan
- Spearhead various strategic projects to build out the ThrivePass marketplace
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of project management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Consulting or similar field
- Ability to influence and drive complex initiatives and manage logistics with internal stakeholders
- Experience communicating with senior executives
- Demonstrated ability to perform at a high level independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Quick learner and detailed oriented
- Excellent relationship management skills and problem-solving capabilities
