We need a meticulous individual who is passionate about wellness and working with a growing team. Our ideal candidate is internally motivated, comfortable with complexities and has the ability to work independently. 

Job Duties:

  • Manage all strategic partner relationships, including ThrivePass Engage and WSA
  • Execute process optimizations with all partner relationships
  • Drive all facets of a project from research, implementation, management
  • Assist in product development and go to market strategy
  • Develop scalable models that build future relationships. I.e. business development plan
  • Spearhead various strategic projects to build out the ThrivePass marketplace

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of project management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Consulting or similar field
  • Ability to influence and drive complex initiatives and manage logistics with internal stakeholders
  • Experience communicating with senior executives
  • Demonstrated ability to perform at a high level independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Quick learner and detailed oriented
  • Excellent relationship management skills and problem-solving capabilities
