Project Manager

YOUR ROLE

As a Project Manager for C3LX, you are a leader, and will be responsible for delivering marketing and technology solutions that meet business and client objectives in a flexible, collaborative, and rapidly changing delivery environment. You are responsible for managing high priority internal C3LX projects, client custom software projects, consulting and research projects, and ongoing development of the C3LX patient engagement platform. Our Project Manager will be highly flexible and able to reorient quickly to new priorities, & manage our key project initiatives with a focus on delivering impactful experiences within budget and scope. Outside of being an outstanding project manager, you must have strong communication skills, project management experience, and enjoy working closely with internal teams, client teams, & subject matter experts in their respective fields.

SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Proven 5+ years’ experience in software project management
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful technology product throughout its lifecycle
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and Web technologies
• Curiosity to understand and leverage new tools, processes, and technologies
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Excellent team player with the ability to influence and negotiate
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional, matrixed team environment
• Self-motivated as well as creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems
• Bonus: Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification
• Bonus: experience with the Atlassian suite of tools including JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
• Bonus: HIPAA proficiency for healthcare data is a plus

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to iteratively deliver products and features to market
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Develop, propose, maintain, and execute against comprehensive project plans
• Measure and report project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
• Gather requirements from users, clients, sales, support, and internal stakeholders
• Scope and prioritize deliverables across cross-functional teams
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks and costs
• Evangelize the process; be a key leader in the SDLC process fostering collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and transparency
• Facilitate close collaboration with clients, designers, developers, and systems analysts
• Drive engagement with Executive team to provide technical feasibility, level of effort, cost, and manage constraints
• Other relevant duties as assigned
