Project Coordinator
90octane is a digital agency that specializes in Top Pursuit Marketing™. We help clients meet their revenue goals through the strategy, execution, measurement and optimization phases of hyper-targeted programs. Tactics include microsite and landing page development, website development, online advertising, email marketing, search engine marketing and social media marketing.
We’re looking for an organized, committed, high integrity, full-time Project Coordinator with 2+ years of experience driving client projects from concept to successful delivery.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for complex project execution and deliverables
- Manage project requirements, timelines, milestones, risk, and scope while learning Best Practices
- Direct internal team members and creative resources while being mindful of bandwidth and workload
- Provide project activity updates to internal teams and clients while managing expectations
- Build strong relationships with both internal teams and clients, while learning about their business
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree – preferably in marketing, communications or business management
- 2+ years managing digital production projects, preferably in an agency environment
- Experience managing cross-functional team resources
- Strong ability to communicate, earn team and client trust, reconcile conflict and solve problems
- Experience with web and digital technologies and processes
- Superb multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with competing needs
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
Preferred Knowledge/Skills
- Web development experience and CMS experience
- Marketing automation and salesforce automation
- B2B and lead generation/nurture experience
