Description

Envysion, a leading provider of video-based SaaS technology solutions for retailers, including fast casual restaurants, convenience stores and wireless dealers, is seeking a Project Manager III. As a project manager III, you will scope, budget, manage, and job cost on solution delivery projects, driving internal and external teams to ensure customer delivery milestones and success criteria are met. In addition to being an Envysion “internal quarterback” and the primary POC for project status, Project Managers apply lessons learned/best practices to improve internal processes, influence partner management, ensure project profitability, reduce overall time to value and deliver a satisfying customer experience.

Core Functions

• Lead the Project Team to execute new projects that deliver or augment our video-driven services for new and existing customers, including:
  • Sales Engineers
  • Sales Operations
  • Installation Project Managers from Preferred Partners
  • Installation Support Resources
  • Configuration Resources
  • Customer Success Managers
  • Engineering
  • Audit Services
  • Product
• Develop Project Plans through a combination of standard project templates and project-specific elements assembled from the contributing members of the team and any externally contracted resources with project deliverables
• Build and manage the necessary project trackers to keep customers, partners, and internal resources aligned on status and next steps
• Support our installation partners with clear deliverables, measurable success criteria, scope of work instructions, and escalation procedures to empower those partners to complete their work to Envysion’s standards on time and on budget
• Track site by site collection of video and point-of-sales data to support SaaS and professional services
• Coordinate Engineering and Product team resources toward custom solution elements required to enable video or data reporting services for each customer
• Flag significant project risk for internal teams and executive decision makers prior to projects launch and during project execution to ensure that technical and logistic hurdles are overcome
• Schedule and moderate kickoff, project status, and after-action meetings
• Coordinate and manage projects from inception to completion by driving both internal and external resources on whom our projects success depends toward their individual deliverables
• Facilitate communications between internal and external teams
• Track and report project status updates to both the internal team and customer project sponsors
• Assign and drive to resolution any open issues that gate customer acceptance of Envysion services
• Monitor and report on customer health as relates to equipment uptime, customer support issues, feedback, and usage statistics throughout early customer engagement
• Conduct job-costing evaluations in association with the Business Operations team.

Experience & Education

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 8+ years’ experience in a project management role
• PMP certification required
• SaaS service delivery
