Project Manager III

| Greater Boulder Area

Envysion, a leading provider of video based SaaS technology solutions for retailers, fast casual restaurants and wireless dealers, is seeking a Project Manager III.

As a project manager III, you'll scope, plan, staff, outsource, coordinate, manage, and execute Solution Delivery Projects, driving internal and external teams to achieve project milestones and success criteria on time and in budget. As the Envysion “quarterback” and the primary point of contact for project status, Project Managers apply lessons learned/best practices to refine internal tools and processes, while minimizing time to value and guaranteeing excellent customer deployment experiences. Additionally, the Project Manager III will manage multi-phased projects within enterprise accounts from proof of concept to full rollout, supporting the Customer Success Manager and the Account Executive in account development.

Core Functions

  • Lead the Project Team to deliver services for new and existing customers, including:
    • Sales Engineers
    • Sales Operations
    • Installation Project Managers from Preferred Partners
    • Installation Support Resources
    • Point of Sale Integration Resources
    • Configuration Resources
    • Audit Services
    • Operations Analysts
  • Develop a Project Plan through a combination of standard project templates and project-specific elements assembled from the contributing members of the team and any externally contracted resources with project deliverables
  • Establish and maintain project trackers to keep customer, partners, and internal resources aligned and on target
  • Support installation partners with clear deliverables, measurable success criteria, scope of work instructions, and escalation procedures to empower those partners to deliver their work to Envysion standards on time and within budget
  • Track site by site delivery of video, point-of-sale, and other data to support report generation and audit activities
  • Coordinate Engineering and Product team resources in delivery of custom solution elements required to enable video and/or point-of-sale data reporting services
  • Flag significant project risks for internal teams and executive decision makers prior to project launch and during project execution to ensure that technical and logistic hurdles are overcome
  • Schedule and moderate internal project kickoff, project status, and review/post-mortem meetings
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, coordinating and driving both internal and external resources to successful execution of their individual deliverables
  • Facilitate communications between internal and external teams
  • Track and report project status updates to both the internal team and the customer’s project sponsors
  • Assign and drive to resolution any open issues that gate customer acceptance of Envysion services
  • In multi-phase enterprise accounts, monitor and report on customer health as relates to equipment uptime, customer support issues and feedback throughout early customer engagement

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated team building and leadership skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (writing sample required at interview)
  • Outstanding organizational skills with orientation to details
  • Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated skill in client and/or partner relationship management
  • Demonstrated skill in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Salesforce, and SmartSheets
  • Demonstrated task planning, tracking, and completion skills
  • Demonstrated implementation of PMI best practices
  • Ability to manage diverse objectives in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Must be able to adhere to company and departmental policies and procedures

Education/ Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of post-sales operational experience
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • PMP certification strongly preferred, current pursuit will be considered
  • SaaS service delivery experience advantageous
