Job Description
Conga is looking for a talented Project Manager to join our Professional Services organization. Working in a fast-paced, creative environment, the Project Manager will be primarily responsible for the success of Conga Contract Lifecycle Management implementations. The Project Manager will be the main contact for client projects, create project plans, coordinate cross-functional deliverables meetings, ensure milestones are completed and delivered on schedule, and drive to a successful client go-live.
Responsibilities:
Accountable for all elements of the project including scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and issues to deliver exceptional value and client satisfaction
Facilitate a smooth transition for new clients from the time of sale through the implementation process
Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities
Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization
Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project
Manage project scope and changes
Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables
Identify and develop trusted advisor relationships with project and program stakeholders and sponsors
Ensure projects are proceeding according to scope, schedule and quality standards via internal team collaboration and client communication
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or greater
Must have Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) experience
Strong task and client management skills
Ability to work with and manage multiple clients / projects simultaneously
3+ years of high tech SaaS project management experience, including gathering requirements from the client, tracking and planning projects, and working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment
Proven ability to demonstrate and drive for results and accountability of business needs
Experience in successfully leading projects and programs to on-schedule close
Familiarity with PMI standards
Previous Salesforce experience or certification preferred
Experience with Conga’s products is preferred
Travel expectations - 25%
