The Project Coordinator will start out as a remote position and once it's safe to do so, in-office work will be required in either our Denver office. Because of the future in-office requirement, we can only consider applicants located in the Denver area for this position.

Adswerve is seeking a highly organized, articulate, and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic Services Project Management Organization as a Project Coordinator.  The role provides essential and valuable support to our Services Team. 

As a Project Coordinator, you will work in the Services Department as an entry-level support team member on select Project teams and accounts. You will be responsible for assisting Project Owners on day to day tasks for client projects. The core tasks of this role involve monitoring project plans/documents, schedules, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner. 

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, has natural curiosity, a passion for technology and a desire to help our Project teams successfully deliver on client goals. Superior interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to grasp on quickly to complex topics with attention to detail is required.

 

This Role

  • Reports to the VP of Technical Services acts as a support role to the Services PMO Department and the Project Owner(s) (Analytics Manager, Project Manager)

  • Is entry-level and intended to lay the foundation for a career within Adswerve 

  • The Project Coordinator will work with a portfolio of clients that span a variety of industries.

 

Responsibilities

  • Proactively coordinate, track and report on project administration activities. Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

    • Updating Project Reports

    • Trafficking requests from Project Stakeholders

    • Managing internal and external meeting coordination

    • Note-taking, documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings

    • Maintaining general project documentation, writing easy to follow instructions for subject matter experts

  • Have a good understanding of Project and Client goals 

  • Participate in Project meetings as needed well as maintain client relationships

  • Making sure tasks are clearly documented and that resources have all information needed to execute on tasks

  • Preparing necessary presentation materials

  • Escalate issues as appropriate and apprise senior management of major Project activities that need their attention and/or may have a long-term impact.

  • Ability to translate complex requests into actionable tasks

  • Experience using G-Suite and Project Management tools

  • Has a passion for technology and is continuously seeking new opportunities to improve processes and gain efficiencies

  • Enjoys working with developers and designers to understand technology requirements

  • Self-starter, quick learner, and a strong sense of integrity

  • Ability to maintain poise, confidence, and professional disposition in high-pressure situations

Required Skills & Experience Qualifications

  • One to two years of experience in an administrative capacity

  • Outstanding organizational, written, and oral communication skills

  • Nimble and analytical problem-solving skills

  • Unafraid of asking questions

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.

  • Comfortable managing multiple competing priorities

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Has at least 1-2 years’ experience in a client-facing role at a digital agency or technology organization

  • An interest in Project Management concepts and principles
