Who we're looking for...
The Project Coordinator will assist the Product and Creative teams with improving the quality of our products and how our customers perceive and gain value. This role is crucial because, as the Project Coordinator on our Product team, you need to have a keen eye for the small details. Our customers rely on this valuable skill to ensure they are receiving a quality product. The primary focus for this role is the quality of the content we deliver to our Prompt customers. You will, however, also have a hand in discovering what the user experience for customers is and how to make it the best it can be.
What you will do...
Be the go-to person for Prompt campaign schedules. You must know the campaign type, the content topic, the Prompt notification date/time, and the send/post date/time for all campaigns in all segments.You are responsible for administering all Prompt campaigns across all segments. There are currently around 70 campaigns per month, and this number will likely increase as we grow.You are the last line of defense between process errors and our Prompt customers. Each piece of content must be thoroughly tested and previewed before being deployed to our customers.You will assist the Prompt Product Manager and the Prompt content team with project management for all campaigns to ensure due dates and deadlines are met.You will help manage campaign schedule communication to customers. This will include updating and maintaining our calendar sync tool for all Prompt dates across all segments. You will also ensure dates are correct for all segments in our monthly Prompt newsletters.You will monitor customers in FullStory to see how existing functionality and new releases are performing. We are interested in common themes and bugs to help determine whether or not the release was successful, and you will play a part in this discovery.You will keep an acute ear out on Prompt customer communication channels to help understand what’s working well, if there are prominent issues, and find enhancements we can make. Communication channels include feedback that comes into our Customer Care team, our Prompt Facebook page, and our NPS score responses.You’ll be responsible for tracking and comparing stats for Prompt campaigns. Stats will need to be compiled so they can be analyzed on a weekly/monthly cadence.At times, you may assist the Product and Creative teams with high priority projects. Within one (1) month, you will have established dominance for Prompt content process and the role you play in process management, quality assurance, and deployment of content.Within two (2) months, you will have a strong understanding of our customer experience regarding what is working well and what can be improved.
