Project Coordinator
BillGO is seeking a talented Project Coordinator (PC) with a passion for organization. The PC is a member of the program management office (PMO). PC will work independently to deliver on responsibilities in collaboration with the Director of Program Management and the PMO. PC will build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
PC is responsible for supporting internal and client project implementations. PC will ensure assigned projects are delivered on time and within budget. PC will be supported by supervisor and technical resources.
Review the project requirements and scope and assist Program Manager (PM) in the development and tracking of project plans and dependent deliverables. Assist in managing to scope while tracking changes through change control.
- Provide updates on projects to clients and senior management team.
- Schedule project meetings per project plan and/or need.
- Communicate with clients on project specific activities, including meeting summaries and action items.
- Maintain and update program documentation on a client by client basis
Must have skills:
- Experience with project management preferred.
- Experience managing external resources.
- Experience implementing technology projects.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Credit Union or Financial Institution background, a plus
Salary for this position is $55k - $65k plus upside
