Program Relationship Manager
The PRM is dedicated to working as a partner program ambassador closely aligned with our Channel Account Managers (CAM’s) and Partners. You will foster a team/collaborative environment where all parties are comfortable suggesting changes to improve and evolve our programs in a fast paced competitive environment. You will serve as a primary point of contact to our CAM’s and resource for all things related to Zooms Referral Programs. . You will assist CAM’s with the ability to implement and understand Zooms process, policy, and approved operational and programmatic components. You will also work closely as a team with Zoom’s Sales, Marketing and Readiness team to align on program strategy and help execute on that strategy cross functionally.
Responsibilities:
Strong partner facing presence, experience in presenting and engaging senior executives
Disseminate all communications and announcements as needed related to program updates
Host regular cadence calls with partners to discuss challenges and opportunities related to program updates
Be knowledgeable about industry related trends
You will compile data and analyze the impact of program changes or suggest changes based on data
Work cross functionally with other team members to understand and help deliver on company goals
Participate in industry events; such as trade shows and seminars
Special projects as needed, in support of the Partner Programs organization
Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of experience in UCaaS, Telephony, CCaaS or Collaboration sales or marketing role
Experience with Distribution or Master Agents
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with Partners
Sales account management experience
Ability to travel as needed when appropriate
BA / BS education or relevant experience
Skills:
Demonstrated record of building and fostering relationships
Strategic thinker with a sales mentality and proven ability to execute strategy
Partner-based experience
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong leadership skills to achieve or exceed goals
