Program Manager

Your experience running complex, cross-organizational programs will make you the grand orchestrator for client implementations. The Program Manager role at BillGO requires creativity, empathy, and a relentless spirit to help large financial institutions navigate the complexities of the discovery, execution, testing, and go-live phases of the implementation journey.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a cross-functional implementation team to drive success in collaboration with client leaders and key stakeholders towards common goals.
- Drive internal resources from Engineering, Implementations, Account Management through the full life-cycle of the implementation project
- Facilitate discovery, scope, scheduling, and execution processes with external stakeholders
- Maintain clarity and accountability by preparing meeting agendas, articulating objectives, and capturing action items for daily standups, weekly touchpoints, etc.
- Report to Senior Executives across companies communicating key accomplishments, near-term deliverables, and items requiring attention
- Contribute to internal program alignment meetings for resource capacity planning and orchestration across the implementation portfolio.
- To help us scale, you’ll participate in establishing business processes that add rigor, discipline, and encourage quality while improving efficiency during the implementation process
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading technical client facing implementation projects
- Meaningful experience in banking, payments, and/or financial services and solid knowledge of banking systems and operations, such as bill pay, item processing, online banking, core processing, ACH, etc.
- Robust critical thinking skills enabling rapid understanding of the client’s environment
- Comfort with ambiguity with the ability to create clarity and actionable tasks
- Ability to have courageous conversations and hold everyone accountable, even senior leadership.
- You can do all this and still tell a joke at team lunches!
Recommended but not required:
- PMP certification a plus
- Familiarity with agile methodologies
- Knowledge of SOA, APIs, RBAC, SSO, UX, and web applications
- Experience with Confluence and Jira by Atlassian
- Conceptual experience with cloud solutions such as AWS and/or Azure
Salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000
