Convenience retail is a long-standing industry with limited technology adoption, but is responsible for more revenue annually than all of e-commerce in the United States. Skupos software integrates at a retailer’s point of sale, generates analytical insights, and enables promotion execution and performance tracking. Team.  The team and our people:

The Program Management team is responsible for overseeing and helping to drive key strategic initiatives and process improvements to build a foundation for successful execution at scale through:

  • Effective cross-functional collaboration
  • Obsessive customer focus
  • Appropriate resourcing and accountability
  • Ongoing progress tracking and monitoring against timelines and key deliverables
  • Identifying risks and gaps early, and addressing with long-term, sustainable solutions
  • Continuous, data-driven improvement and refinement of approach


Responsibilities.  Using our Engage product, CPG brands run promotions through Skupos that are triggered at the point of sale across thousands of retail locations. This role will ensure that these promotions are successful, managing the process from capacity planning, through execution and measurement of program success. Here is a bit more detail on what you will be responsible for:

  • Program manage Skupos’ promotional calendar to ensure flawless cross-functional execution from planning through to promotional performance analysis 
  • Support establishment of best practices, templates, processes, and tools to build and mature our promotional go-to-market capabilities across the organization
  • Through robust planning, coordinate and align resource needs while identifying gaps and/or constraints
  • In consultation with internal teams, manage ‘promo desk’ (promotional capacity planning and optimization process)
  • Measure program performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting for internal and external requests as they arise 
  • Provide status reporting regarding milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership
  • Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs
  • Program manage customer journey improvement initiatives to ensure cross-functional execution addressing customer feedback, improving customer satisfaction and delivering a seamless customer experience
  • Set and continually manage program expectations while delegating and managing deliverables across stakeholders
  • Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
  • Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including leadership team and key stakeholders
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to track and manage progress
  • Establish and effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders


Skills and Experience.  We are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of project or program management experience in an organization
  • Strong sense of ownership and curiosity to learn new skills
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and advanced business acumen mindset
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and solve problems
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Experience working across product, sales, marketing, and operations teams
  • High proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills
  • Experience effectively managing cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong bias-to-action and get-$hit-done attitude
  • Robust written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to set goals, manage complex cross-functional projects and get things done effectively and efficiently
  • Excellent time management, communications, decision making, human relations and organization skills
  • Proven ability to independently resolve issues and recommend process improvements
  • Experience in a high-growth tech company environment a plus
  • Background in supply chain a plus

Salary is based on experience and location.

Salary range in Denver, CO: $75,000 - $90,000.
