 The Global Partner Programs team aims to empower Partnerships to deliver the best services and solutions so that our partners effectively deploy Zoom platform technologies. Within that team, the Partner Education team focuses on ensuring the success of our partners by developing their journey to grow their knowledge and become independent and effective sellers.

As the Program Manager - Partner Platforms, you will manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and projects that will enable delivery of a world class experience to Zoom partners. You will drive the requirements for a Zoom partner portal and learning management system, and build the experience, administration, and reporting processes. You will also influence the design of features that improve the reliability of our applications and systems, define the scope of technical projects, and oversee execution

To be successful, this individual will have partner-facing platform experience, and the ability to deliver results in a very fast paced, hyper-growth company. With a proven track record and a passion for educating and enabling partners, they will focus on implementing and administering partner platforms that support and accelerate critical route-to-market initiatives, in alignment with the other programs supporting the wide partner ecosystem. They will act as the day-to-day point person during the implementation, connecting stakeholder teams and representing the needs of our global Channel Partners 

Responsibilities:

  • Successfully manage multiple projects, stakeholder relationships, and vendor relationships.

  • Partner with channel operations to compile and prioritize inputs from multiple stakeholder groups, align roadmaps, and converge capabilities where relevant.

  • Define the strategy and process, and drive execution of partner-facing platforms migration and implementation.

  • Oversee platform content publishing and maintenance to ensure a consistent experience for partners.

  • Own the build and execution of the partner platforms roadmap, define the scope and approach, and execute (as appropriate) those activities.

  • Manage collection of partner requirements, prioritize them for platform RFPs, work with key vendors and stakeholders.

  • Develop partner-specific KPIs and reporting structure.

  • Analyze data related to platform and partner usage and make platform / content recommendations

  • Design process and workflow for partner platform updates.

  • Administration and organization of partner platforms, including content updates, features, enhancements, and reporting.

  • Develop strategic recommendations on technology stack to optimize systems, including partner facing websites, internal websites, and our internal CRM system.

  • Design and build the entire partner portal experience, which includes PRM, LMS, and integrations with SFDC.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years working in channel for a technology company preferably in software, SaaS, cloud, collaboration

  • 5+ years working with PRM implementation and administration 

  • Project Management experience

  • Experience with learning management systems - Docebo preferred

  • Experience with executive level engagements and communication

  • Must be detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, & self-motivated

  • Salesforce CRM experience preferred

  • BA/ BS or equivalent experience
